  • GREAT EARLY TO MID SEASON ATTRACTION
  • WILL HELP WITH SOIL BUILDING
  • EASY TO GROW

Our Whitetail Forage Radish has become an awesome draw during the months of September, October and November. When combined with a cereal grain planting (like our Fall Forage, or Green Forage Blend), you simply have one of the best food plot offerings available. These can be over seeded into standing corn or soybeans in August to double the food offered. The radish also helps the soil by mining nutrients and bringing them up to the surface. A great fall offering that deer can’t resist.

Use 4 to 5 pounds per acre in a mix ( added to Fall Forage) or 8 pounds alone.

Still waiting on rain here in mid michigan. So can't speak to the forage radishes in particular but have bought from northwoods for years and always top notch service and experience!

By far the best seed I’ve planted in northern Michigan!! I’ve tried almost every brand on the market with varying results over the last decade. My last two seasons I’ve planted northwoods whitetails only and the results have been phenomenal.

We have been plagued by drought here in central NY so they went in about two weeks late. Did get some rain so they now are sprouting. Now no rain in the forecast for two weeks. It's on Mother Nature, not the seed. I've used John's seeds before, we'll be OK, looking forward to a great plot.

It’s hard to give a fair review, I just got everything planted last Friday. The seeds appeared to be very clean when poured out of packages, need a good rain to be able to see how germination goes, planted in dry conditions

I don’t know a lot about seeds, but the education provided free of charge on the YouTube channel alone makes me want to support this company. The shipping has always been so fast also!

I had sprouts within 4 days of planting, north woods whitetail has always provided quality seed. I have been using for a solid ten years now

I've purchased brassicas, various clovers, and forage radishes for several years now. I kill off existing weeds, lime, and fertilize, and broadcast seed right into the plot. I don't have a drill or tractor. As long as I get a little rain (had 1.5 inches since the start of the month), I get good germination. Good, reliable, product.

I used these last year and I worked great early season. I have planted this year but we have not received any rain but last year was kinda the same way. If we get any rain it will turn out just fine.

Shipping was quick and I had a question on what setting to use on my spreader and John answered right away. Got my seed down 2 days ago and waiting on rain now.
